Brad Peters

Brad Peters has been with Marcus & Millichap for over a decade, transacting more than 200 properties and $1 billion of value in the process. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Tashakorian Group, from underwriting through marketing to closing. In 2019, Brad helped Ben Tashakorian launch La Jolla Equities. With La Jolla, Brad has acted as Director of Leasing and Acquisitions, signing over 100 new tenants in the past five years and bringing immense value to the portfolio. Brad launched Legacy West Partners with Ben in 2023. He graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Finance, and subsequently earned his MBA in Finance in 2021.
