Ben Tashakorian

Ben Tashakorian has been a leading broker with Marcus & Millichap for over 20 years. Over the course of his career, he has closed over $2 billion of transactions across 600+ properties and 12+ million square feet of real estate, in dozens of states. He leads the Tashakorian Group of office and industrial property advisors, and leads the firm’s Institutional Properties Group division for his region. In 2019, Ben launched La Jolla Equities for the purpose of managing and leasing his then-current five-state portfolio of 24 properties, representing 300+ tenants and over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate.La Jolla Equities now has offices in Tennessee, Texas, California and Florida. In 2023, Ben launched Legacy West Partners as its President & CEO for the purpose of acquiring stabilized and value-add assets that produce passive income, leaving a legacy of wealth for the next generation.
